Most efficient check in among all the hotels I have stayed this trip. Receptionist are very helpful and speak good clear English. Room is very spacious and it has a good size (and good basin height!) bathroom with very thoughtful little touch like sufficient hangers, racks and even towels with different color prints that makes it easy to distinguish whose towel belongs to each of us. It is also very convenient to Jr Station and near by restaurants. Breakfast time and check out time is also later which makes it easier for us to wake up later travelling on the road for many days.

The room was cleaned everyday and was done quickly and neatly. It’s right next to the JR Station which is very convenient, and there is a Seven Eleven in the station which really helps when you need a quick bite or drink. The hotel is within walking distance to the Aeon Mall, various restaurants and bars (surprisingly), and of course komboni are all over the place. Botanical gardens are a short bus ride away and inexpensive.

We wanted to stay near Shiretoko national Park and this was a really good choice It was a surprisingly large hotel and was well appointed We got a twin room and it was very large, probably the largest hotel room we had our whole trip Bathroom was good sized as well The onsen was nice with several baths available. Best part for me was they were OK with tattooed people using the onsen so I was able to enjoy this The restaurant was also quite.good with a nice selection of food and drinks

The property is next to the JR Obihiro station, and parking is available at ¥600 per night at the underground car park. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and one of the best in our Hokkaido road trip. We tasted Hokkaido soup curry, Obihiro butadon for the first time. The hotel staff were hospitable and welcoming. The property is a 30-minute drive to Kofuku eki; 90 minutes’ drive from the Mikuni Pass Observation Deck.

The hotel provides outstanding service and sumptuous breakfast buffet, similar to a 5-star hotel experience. Not only that, myriads of free amenities were provided for customers, enhancing the experience even more. Definitely worth the price!

I booked this hotel as my mother was hospitalised at the nearby Obihiro Hospital. No fuss, nice and clean hotel, great breakfast. When my mum was transferred to a Sapporo Hospital, this hotel so kindly allowed to cancel my 4-day booking without extra charge. I was so grateful. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, staff were attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless, and the hotel's location was superb, right next to the train station without being noisy.

Super nice hotel, incredibly clean and professional. Definitely recommended if you're staying in Obihiro and the value was just ridiculous. GET THE BREAKFAST, it's probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
